Acrisure Italia is a “Benefit Company”: our commitment to sustainability and the responsible vision of the impact we generate have always been the core of our corporate mission. This corporate evolution represents the natural development of a path that began a few years ago, aimed at formalizing the values that guide our business choices and integrating them through ethical principles and common benefit. Being a benefit company is a constant, long-term and not always easy commitment, which directs our work towards respecting the environmental and territorial context within which we operate. Embracing a sustainable way of thinking means basing one's roots in healthy, shareable, identity-based principles that can be a warning for the present and future of the company's entrepreneurial activity.
IMPACT REPORT 2024
The second Impact Report reinforces and refines the path towards sustainability.
This edition presents the responsible actions and initiatives undertaken in 2024 aimed at improving our business performance focused on value creation. We are proud of the progress made so far, but aware that the challenge of sustainability is constantly evolving. We will continue to work with commitment and pursue increasingly ambitious goals. This year's results unequivocally confirm the effectiveness of our strategies and the crucial importance of defining appropriate indicators and numerical assessments in our methodology.
IMPACT REPORT 2023
The drafting of our first Impact Report marked the concrete start of our journey towards a gradual integration of the values of Corporate Social Responsibility. A voluntary and transparent publication with which to certify our commitment as a Benefit Company through the sharing of values and activities that have found space within the 2023 strategies and that will have their continued resonance in the years to come. We turn to the present and the future with awareness and conscience with respect to the alarming information regarding the decline of the planet, trying to assume a crucial role in doing our part in order to mitigate these problems by creating valid solutions for a better future. The discriminant for achieving successful strategies can find its place in asking the right questions, in calibrating one's objectives with respect to one's starting points and, finally, optimizing the information, the data collected and one's energies towards achievable and measurable objectives without however placing limits on future actions that are more courageous but apparently more difficult to implement. The 2023 Impact Report is our starting point in order to build the solid roots on which to base the change of tomorrow in an increasingly sustainable perspective.
