At an economically complex time such as the current one, the Board of Directors of Double S Insurance Broker S.p.A. met on September 27th, 2022 and resolved to give a signal of support to its employees by adopting the corporate Welfare measures provided in the Aid Decree -bis (converted into L. 142/2022).
The Company, therefore, will provide the sum described in the Decree in the form of a contribution in order to support its workers in view of the price surge resulting from the international crisis.
“We made this decision to support our employees from an economic point of view in a very complex historical period. It is certainly not something decisive, but it is something we owe to our staff: concrete and immediate help, pending important initiatives from the Government” comments the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Double S – Mr. Stefano Sardara.
On the same day, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Acrisure S.r.l. resolved to appoint a new Board of Directors as managing body of the Company.
The newly constituted Board of Directors then deliberated the appointment of Mr. Jason Patrick Howard as Chairman and the appointment of Mr. Stefano Sardara in the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Among the powers granted to the CEO, the coordination of the market strategies of the companies controlled by Acrisure S.r.l..
